Philip F Johnson is the founder and President of the ISOC Liberia Chapter, which is a member of ICANN's At-Large Structure.Johnson has been involved been involved in the advocacy for Internet technology Development and Access in Liberia for nearly a decade. His involvement has provided him an institutional knowledge of the Global Internet ecosystem, including ICANN governance system and other Internet related institutions.
