The company received and refused offers to license its .ECO trademark from both .ECO gTLD applicants, Big Room Inc. and Dot Eco LLC. planet.ECO LLC then filed Cease and Desist orders to stop the use and infringement of their .ECO Trademark. Both companies ignored orders and pursued infringing by marketing and campaigning for .ECO and used the .ECO trademark hundreds of times in the submission of their gTLD applications.
