It is lead by undergraduate students who, determined to make a difference in their communities, have created and developed research groups themselves, often without any monetary and institutional support. We use resources and structures already available in our institutions, adapting our tactics, methods and goals around what is available. After our experiences, we have decided to publicly share what we learned, so that others may benefit.
