Rachid Issari is a Counselor at MAEC, the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.[1] He is also an Associate Member of the Association de I'Internet,[2], and is a teacher at ISIC, as well as in charge of its Communications.[3] [4]
Rachid Issari has also participated in the Inaugural Conference of the project, Digital Open space for the Mediterranean.[5] and CAPJC, Tunisia[6]
