Ricardo Méndez is the Founder of Cotesa, a technical consultancy, and Founder of Green Plus Travel. He specializes in green IT and technology, helping companies to adopt sustainable business practices through use of the Internet. One of his accomplishments was to organize the first electronics recycling process in Costa Rica. He also works with disabled employees, and has established the first call center employing blind people.[1]

Ricardo is a member of ISOC Costa Rica and has applied to become a member of ICANN's ALAC.[2]
