Ricardo specializes in business telecommunications as a programmer, analyst, and project leader. In 1976, he joined Renault in Argentina as technological support for its computer center. He moved on to work with cooperatives movement led by the Cooperative Institute Funds Mobilization (IMFC) in 1981.
