Ricardo Vaz Monteiro was the former CEO of the first ICANN accredited Registrar in Latin America, Nomer.com, and is the former COO of Siter.com.
Monteiro is active in providing comments on the different issues discussed within the ICANN public forum. He also participates in ICANN Meetings.
