==About CIRA==
CIRA is the acronym for Canadian Internet Registration Authority which is being governed by 15 member of the Board of Directors. From these 15 members, only 12 have a voting decision while the President, CEO and another member are ex-officio Board members.

The main objective of the Board of Directors or CIRA is to set policies and strategies to support the Internet community of Canada as well as users from Canada.
