Ross Rader has been the General Manager of Hover, a division of Tucows Inc., since 2005. He has been a Board Member of CIRA since 2004.[1]

In the past he has been Director of Retail Services at Tucows Inc., Director of Research & Innovation at Tucows Inc., Director of Assigned Names Division at Tucows Inc., Director of Marketing at Internet Direct and the General Manager at Internet Direct.[2]
He has also served as a member of Board Elections Committee at UMCA, an ALAC Representative for NomCom, and Councillor of the GNSO Registrar Constituency at ICANN.[3]
