* Audits, either under ISO 31000 or otherwise, regarding ICANN's security and risk management practices; and
* Recommendations that were contradictory to the ICANN Bylaws (Board implementing policy, additional contractual compliance activity or contract amendments).
In both cases, the conversation tended toward an autopsy of the review team's process and rationales.<ref name="septcaucus" />
