Thomas De Haan is a Board member at the World Art Delft Foundation, and Senior Policy Coordinator at the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.[1] He is also the representative of ICANN's Governmental Advisory Committee in the Netherlands.[2]

De Haan has given talks concerning how private entities and governments can work together to foster a more secure Internet at a 2010 IGF workshop.[3]
