Thomas (J.) Strauss is the Managing Director of Strauss Capital Partners LLC.
Career History
Prior to founding Strauss Capital Partners in 2006, he was the Chief Financial and Corp. Dev. Officer at MaxMD for 2 years. He has worked as the Managing Director at Rosetta Partners LCC.
From 1989-1995, he worked as the Managing Director of Barclays deZoete Wedd. Prior to which he was the Vice President at Lehman Brothers for 7 years; in this capacity, he structured and executed transactions
He has also worked as an Associate at Reavis & McGrath for 3 years in the beginning of his career.Mr. Strauss also acted as Chairman of Abaris Books, Inc.[1]
Education
Mr. Stauss holds a J.D from the American University, Washington College of Law. He holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Rochester.[2] At the American University, he was the Senior Editor of Law Review.[3]
