When TOP Registry decided to make .top open for public registration at zero o’clock on 18th Nov. 2014, with the concept of "Foresee the future and breakthrough ourselves" (Chinese word for “foresee” and “domain sees” share similar pronunciation, so do “top” and the Chinese for “breakthrough”), we meant to build .top into a “high-end and creative” new domain system.
