Howard has been involved in the Internet industry since 1993, getting his start in Canada after graduating from Brock College in 1992 with a degree in computer science. At his time working at Internet Direct Canada (TSX:IDX) and Tucows Interactive (TCX), Howard established and developed customer operations and technical support departments, and expanded them to multiple call centers across Canada. He also created a retail division to sell products and services through existing retail channels and locations. Howard was responsible for creating and managing these various contact centers.
