Colombian ICANN FELLOW
Born in Cali - Colombia, studied finance and international relations in Colombia and in Switzerland. Passionate for multiculturalism, freedom and fairness. Member of the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies of Colombia since 2016 and previous experienced in the World Trade Organization and in the United Nations Program for Human Settlements. Involved in internet governance through the follow up of international events and at the local level participant of the colombian Internet Governance Table as one of the representatives of the ICT Ministry. Made part of the Colombian team helping out to build the ICANN WIKI spanish webpage. Speaking languages: Spanish, English and French.
