Roxanne John is a citizen of St.Vincent and the Grenadines. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (with honours) at the Cave Hill Campus, Barbados and a Master of Arts in Economics (with merit) at MC gIll university, Canada. She has been a public servant with the Government since September 2003. She currently manages a World Bank-funded regional ICT programme-Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program (CARCIP). The founder and president of Internet Society St. Vincent and the Grenadines Chapter. She was an ARIN39 fellow for ARINI 39 meeting held April 2017 in New Orleans[1] and ICANN60 Fellow fro ICANN public meeting held October 2017 in Abu Dhabi.
