Tommaso La Scala is an EU trademark attorney at Perani & Partners in Milan, where he leads the Domain name Department. His specialties include trademark litigation, Internet Law, ADR, unfair competition.
He is a UDRP Panelist appointed by the WIPO and the Czech Arbitration Court, as well as an Expert appointed by the Milan Chamber of Commerce for managing disputes concerning .IT ccTLD.
He is also a member of the IPC and is currently involved with AIPPI, the Internet Society and the ADR Committee Member of the Italian Trademark & Patent Attorney Association.
