Victor Onoshchenko (Viktor Onoshchenko) is Vice President of Business Development for GeeksForLess, a North American-based company that provides IT services and programming. The company has 800+ employees in the Ukraine and the Philippines.[1]

Onoshchenko's first ICANN meeting was ICANN 50 in London. He is interested in New gTLDs, Internet marketing, and website creation and promotion.[1]
