His research investigated the process of discussion and approval of a Net Neutrality law in Brazil. He also holds an MA in Science and Culture Communication and a BA in Social Communication. Currently, is an adviser for the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee. He is interested in Internet Policy, Internet Governance, Network Neutrality, Infrastructure Studies, Free Software, Actor-network Theory, Discourse Analysis, among others.
