Viviane Vinagre is a Law student Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB). She is a member and secretary of the Grupo de Estudos de Direito da Internet (GEDI), UFRN's only institutionalized Internet Governance group, and of LABIRINT LoFt, a UFPB's research group about Law and Technology. Viviane is also part of ICANN NCUC and is an active member of the Youth Observatory, a special chapter of Internet Society.
She was a fellow at the SSIG 2017 and at the CGI.br's project Youth@ForumBr at the Brazillian version of IGF. Has attended the IGF João Pessoa on 2015.
