Ahmad Waleed Khaliqi a young IT professional, is from Kabul, Afghanistan. Khaliqi has been full time employee of Afghan Ministry of Information & Culture as an IT and has several years of professional experience with his current employer, Bakhtar News agency as a Senior IT & Website Administrator.

Khaliqi writes articles for media, and has skills in online/offline journalism and blogging. He is also part of NITPAA (National IT Professional Association of Afghanistan), he joined NITPAA back in 2015 as a regular member but, in a short period of time he was able to make it to NITPAA executive board. His passion in ICT, commitment, dedication and immense achievements in executive board were visible to all and soon he was appointed as chair of NITPAA Public Awareness Committee by NITPAA leadership. After an election he is now serving the community as a President of NITPAA and will continue till Dec - 2017.
