Mr. Knoben is vice chair of [[ICANN]]'s [[ISPCP]] constituency, and he was elected to represent the [[ISPCP]] on the [[GNSO|GNSO Council]] from 2009 through the 2013 annual meeting. For two years he was appointed Vice Chair of the [[GNSO]] Council. He is also on the Standing Committee on Improvements Implementation (SCI), the Policy & Implementation Working Group, the GNSO Review Working Party and the Translation and Transliteration of Contact Information PDP Working Group.
