Dr. Young-Woo Park is the Director of Alternatives of National ID Number TFT and a Senior Research Fellow at KISA, which is South Korea's Internet and Security Agency.[1]
Career History
From 20000 - 2003, he was the Director, Policy Research Team at KISA. He has been a Senior Research at KISA since 1998. Mr. Park served as the Legal Advisor of the Legal Advisory Committee, Ministry of Justice.
Education
He holds a Ph.D in Law from the Korea University.
