.jm is the ccTLD for Jamaica. It is managed by the University of West Indies.[1]

Rules and Restrictions[edit | edit source]

Registry operations are very informal. There is a simple, plain text email template to register a .jm domain name. The only representation an applicant makes is that they are not infringing upon third party intellectual property rights.[2] The domain is open to applications from international registrants; however, it appears that registrations are limited to specific second level domains, and that some SLDs are restricted. For example, .edu.jm is reserved for educational institutions in Jamaica.[3]
