.pm is the ccTLD for Saint Pierre and Miquelon, a self-governing territorial overseas collectivity of France. It is managed by the Association Française pour le Nommage Internet en Coopération (A.F.N.I.C.).[1] [2]

Beside the character and syntax rules already disclosed in the .fr article, there is one additional: the registration of domain names containing 1 and 2 numeric and/or alphabetic characters is not authorized for .pm.[2]
