Alex Lee is the Chief Financial Officer of Aetherium Acquisition Corp, which is an EdTech-focused SPAC with a mission to help further the advancement of human learning and education through AI, metaverse and blockchain. Before that, he was the CEO of NameRich.cn and a Principle at The Shongum Group.[1]
Lee is a regular ICANN-attendee and has been to more than 10 ICANN Meetings. He is also involved in CNNIC.[1]

Lee received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.[2]
