Chuck Warren is a partner at Silver Bullet, LLC. and has been since 1999;[1] and has been serving in the Busines Advisory Committee at ICANN since 2004.
He has worked for different major law firms, municipalities, developers and companies as diverse as Amazon.com, Overstock.com, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Airlines, IOSTAR, Comcast, and Lewis, Young, Robertson and Burningham, Inc.. He organized and participated in a government affairs team for IOSTAR that secured in the DOD Appropriations ACT in2003, a loan guaranteeof of over $1 billion for the production of commercial reusable in-space transportation. He has worked closely with Patrick Byrne, of Overstock.com, on the state and federal level to bring awareness and achieve regulatory changes regarding naked short selling.[2]

Mr. Warren has been a an active fundraiser. He currently serves on the finance committee for Sen. Robert Bennett (R-Utah). He has served as the Utah Finance Chair and on the National Finance Committee for Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani; Utah Finance Committee, John McCain for president, and on past finance committees for Lamar Alexander and George W. Bush. He has raised money for numerous current and former members of Congress, including Straight Talk Express PAC, former Gov. Jon Huntsman (R-UT), Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT), and former Senator George Allen's senate campaign.
He served as a senior strategist for First Class Education from 2008-2009, and assisted with Bush/Cheney 2004 GOTV efforts in Florida.[3] Warren has also been serving as a Senior Strategist for Save Our Secret Ballot, as a National Board of Advisors at Deficit Free since 2009; and as a senior advisor for Balanced Budget Amendment Now! since November 2010.
