Mr. Farren has worked as an Associate Director at Export Edge Training, Director at First Prospect Ltd. and Director of Sales & Operations at dotMobi. From 1997 to 2005, he was employed at Sigma Telecom as a Commercial Manager. He worked as a Client Services Manager at Softbank Corporation for one year, before which he worked for Digital Equipment Corporation as a Marketing Manager.[2]

Damien received his Bachelor's Degree from Terenure College.[3] He holds an M.Sc. In Management, International Business from Trinity College and an MBA from University College, Dublin.[4]
