Ekaterina Dureva works in marketing and communications for CORE, the Cyrillic Registry responsible for the new Cyrillic IDNs .САЙТ and .ОНЛАЙН. She also serves as Project Associate at the Bulgarian domain provider Regia.bg. She co-organizes the Balkan region event, Domain Forum, which gathers people from all over the world to discuss the latest topics in the domain industry and to present the new trends.[1]
Her previous ICANN experience includes participation on the Thick WHOIS PDP Drafting Team.
Education
Dureva holds a Master's degree in International Project Management from the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies from Technical University in Bulgaria.[1]

Dureva is a volunteer at New Acropolis, an international organization participating in social actions, solidarity and environmental care.[1][2]
