In 2009, Weather Underground, Inc. accused Firstlook Inc. together with Navigation Catalyst Systems Inc., Basic Fusion Inc., and Connexus Corporation, for allegedly using automated process to register and use domain names that are confusingly similar to famous or distinctive trademarks owned by the complainant.[4]
