Nariman Hajiyev is a governmental employee of Azerbaijan; he works in the Ministry of Telecommunications and High Technologies.[1]
He is also involved with ICANN through the GAC.[1]
As of ICANN 53 in Buenos Aires, he has attended over four ICANN Meeting, in addition to IGF and WSIS.[1]
