Nomer.com is the first registrar in Latin America accredited by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers for the .com and .net domain names, and one of the largest domain name registrars in Brazil. It is a subsidiary of Dualtec, a company specializing in providing the Cloud Dualtec Web Applications and Solutions. The company is also accredited by Registro.br, an agency which monitors and implements regulations pertaining to domain names in Brazil.[1]

The company was established by Ricardo Vaz Monteiro and Athos Comolatti in 2006. It was chosen by Sedo, an international domain name market place and monetization service provider, as its strategic partner in the Brazilian market to buy and sell domain names.[2]
