Achievements

Rapid Sun is the Director of the Research and Development Center at Cambodia's MPTC, or Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. The Center is in charge of projects related to ICT4D, Khmer Natural Language Processing and Internet Development, and Sun supervises and manages all activities under the R&D Center.[1][2]

He is also involved with ICANN by helping coordinate the Khmer IDN.[1]

Sun was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 54 in Dublin, his first ICANN Meeting.[1]
