Roger Oteng Baah is the Network Services Specialist with IBM Global Technical Services - MEA. He was an ICANN Fellow for ICANN 50 and ICANN 51. He is also involved in the ISOC Ghana Chapter.[1]
Baah's first ICANN meeting was ICANN 50 in London. He is interested in New gTLDs, Business, and Security.[1]
