Société Congolaise des Postes et Télécommunications (SCPT) (English: Congolese Society of Posts and Telecommunications), formerly Office Congolais des Postes et Télécommunications (OCPT),[1] is a public company providing postal and telecommunications services in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It is also the manager of the .cd country code top-level domain (ccTLD).[2]
