The company filed an infringement case against [[Big Room Inc.]] and Dot Eco LLC on March 2, 2012.  Big Room Inc. and Dot Eco LLC, also filed several complaint for the cancellation of the .ECO trademark with the US Trademark Trial and Appeal Board then later withdrew all filings with the exception of one, dismissed with prejudice by the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
