Dr. Komaitis has been a member of [[ICANN]]'s [[NCUC]] since 2005; and he is the current chair of the constituency, with a tenure set for Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2012.<ref>[[ICANN 41]] Interview</ref> He has also been involved in other special working groups and bodies; he was a member of the 2009 -2010 Special Trademark Issues Team, Working Group on Recommendation 6, and the Policy Process Steering Committee; he has also worked on the Post-Delegation Dispute Resolution Policy and the Registrar Accreditation Agreement.
