Since 1997 he has been working as an evaluator for various EU programmes, and chaired the Safer Internet Action Plan ([[SIAP]]) evaluation team for the EU Commission in 2006. He was a partner in the FP 7 project "Next Generation Internet/EURO-NF" and a member of the 2008 SIAP Evaluation team.
