He is also the founder and President of the [[ISOC]] Liberia Chapter, which is a member of  ICANN's [[At-Large Structure]].Johnson has been involved been involved in the advocacy for Internet technology Development and Access in Liberia for nearly a decade. His involvement has provided him an institutional knowledge of the Global Internet ecosystem, including ICANN governance system and other Internet related institutions. His Internet education includes courses with the [[DiploFoundation]] in Diplomacy, Internet Governance and technology. He is a graduate of Internet Society  Next Generation Internet Leadership Program and has participated in other Leadership development training with regards to ICT/Internet Development. Other internet communication based courses include Web2.0 and Social Media for Development and future of the Internet with the ITU Academy.
