Jacqueline holds degrees in International Affairs and Governance, International Management, and Human Rights from the [https://www.unisg.ch University of St. Gallen] and the [[London School of Economics and Political Science]].

Jacqueline is a graduate of the University of Oxford's Centre for Doctoral Training in Cyber Security. Her research looks at the contributions of non-state actors to global cybersecurity norm formation processes and corresponding governance implications. Among other things, Jacqueline has served as a NextGen participant at [https://meetings.icann.org/en/copenhagen58 ICANN58] and a NextGen ambassador at [https://meetings.icann.org/en/abudhabi60 ICANN60]. She is a member of the [[Internet Society]] and a former fellow of [[Euro-SSIG|EuroSSIG]].
