The latter organization developed the program, which is an interactive, new-media driven course aimed at 8th and 9th graders. The program covers topics from privacy, security, cyberbullying, digital relationships, and digital addiction and the curriculum also focuses on building specific digital skills, such as creating a blog, maintaining a responsible social networking profile, and evaluating online research sources for legitimacy.
