OF the responses, three submissions supported the drafted ToR but requested clarifications (VS, ALAC, AFNIC). Nine submissions raised concerns with the ToR (AP, SSAC, ccNSO Council, BC, RySG, RrSG, GAC, CCWP-HR, IPC).
