Before that, she was the Director of Internet and [[IP]] Service for the [[National Arbitration Forum]]. She managed [[ADR]] programs, including [[UDRP]] and [[URS]].

He is also the IPP of the Internet Service Providers Association of Nepal and an Executive Committee Member of the Federation of Computer Association of Nepal. Pradhan has engaged with [[ICANN]] activities since 2016. The main purpose of Sky Broadband is to minimize the digital divide in the country to make broadband accessible to most people in the country. He is also actively working to develop every component of the broadband ecosystem in Nepal.
