Sheba Mohammid is an ICT4D,ICT Policy Specialist and currently works as a ICT Policy Analyst at the National ICT Centre Government of Trinidad and Tobago(iGovTT).<ref>[http://www.diplointernetgovernance.org/profile/ShebaMohammid diplointernetgovernance.org]</ref> At iGovTT she is responsible for all major Policy considerations surrounding e-Legislative reform and creating an enabling Policy & Legislative Environment. She is Project Coordinator on a number of ICT initiatives deploying the meaningful application of ICT including Multi-Channel Service Delivery which aims at a more citizen-centric Government and the Computer Refurbishment Programme which addresses e-Waste.
