Mr. Pankaj has been the joint secretary of GoI, Department of IT, Ministry of Communication and IT. He manages e-infrastructure in the Department of IT and in that capacity represents India in the [[GAC]] of [[ICANN]]. He is a vice chairman of [[GAC]].
He completed his education from Harvard University in 1994.
He is on the Board of Telecom Infrastructure Manufacturing Company, IIT and [[NIXI]].

Mr. Agrawala has held various important U.P government positions. He has worked on various field organizations in districts and divisions of Uttar Pradesh. He has worked in the rural development for more than12 years. He completed his education from Harvard in 1994.

He is from the 1978 batch of IAS (Uttar Pradesh cadre). Mr. Agrawala has a Masters in Public Administration, Development Economics and History. He was a Mason Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA.
