He was the Founding Director of Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company's Information & Communications Technologies Business Unit for 2 years. Prior to which, he was the Project Manager, Science, Technology & Research Trust, Information & Communication Policy Roadmap. From 202-2003, he was the Product Architect at Altamente Inc., where he analyzed customer’s network security needs, reorganized the company’s product line, rewrote marketing collateral and organized sales effort. He is also the Co-Founder of Imana Inc., which is a software firm. From 1994-1996 he was a Member of the Technical Staff at Filoli Information Systems.
