The '''Non-Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC)''' is a member of the [[NCSG|Non-Commercial Stakeholder Group]] (NCSG) of [[ICANN]]'s [[GNSO|Generic Names Supporting Organization]] (GNSO) constituted by Article XX, Section of ICANN's Bylaws.
