On June 12 1999, ICANN's [[Domain Name Supporting Organization|DNSO]] Names Council created Working Group A. Its objective was to examine Chapter 3 of the recommendations of the [[World Intellectual Property Organization|WIPO]] regarding the [[UDRP|Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy]].[[Amadeu Abril i Abril]] of [[Nominalia]]  and  [[Jonathan Cohen]] of [[Federation International des Conseils en Propriete Industrielle|FICPI]] were appointed co-chairs of Working Group A.
