[[Dan Jaffe]], EVP, Government Relations of ANA and CRIDO representative testified at the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation regarding ICANN's new gTLD expansion program. During the hearing he testified that the program is harmful to marketer, consumers and to the marketplace as a whole. He also told the Congress that ICANN failed to maintain its responsibilities particularly in ensuring that its policies are impartial as the administrator of the internet.
