In 2009, he served at Universidad de Pacifico as a Technology Innovation Manager and  from 2008-2009, he was the Director of APEC Learning Community Builders Peru. Mr. Torres has also been the Director of The 10Blog Initiative (2007-2009), Project Coordinator at Instituto APOYO (2007-2009) and Marketing Analyst at Universia (2002-2003).
